Sarah first came across Reflexology during a trip to Nepal where she became interested in the power and uses of the therapy. She trained at the London School of Reflexology upon her return to the UK. Sarah has been a qualified Reflexologist since 2008 when she launched Barefoot Jasmine and currently works from her home in Stoke Newington, London.Since qualifying she has also trained in Indian Head Massage, Spinal Reflexology and Maternity Reflexology
